You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:

If you place a food order through our Site, the following additional terms apply:

a. Order Accuracy

You are responsible for reviewing your order carefully before submission. While we strive to fulfill orders as placed, we reserve the right to contact you regarding order changes, substitutions, or issues with availability.

b. Pricing

Prices displayed on the Site are subject to change without notice. Menu prices at our physical locations may differ from online pricing. All prices are in U.S. Dollars and do not include applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise.

c. Payment

Payment for online orders is processed by our third-party payment processor. By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers.

d. Cancellations and Refunds

Once an order has been confirmed and sent to our kitchen, it may not be possible to cancel. If you have an issue with a completed order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work to resolve it. Refunds are issued at our discretion.

Submissions made through our reservation or contact forms are requests only and do not constitute a confirmed reservation or guarantee of availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request and respond promptly.

If you subscribe to our email list, you agree to receive marketing and promotional communications from us. You may unsubscribe at any time. We will not share or sell your email address to third parties for their marketing purposes.

Menu items, prices, hours of operation, and location information are subject to change without notice. Please contact your local restaurant to confirm current availability.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim, if any.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cattle Baron Restaurants, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those sites. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements on that subject matter.
