Farley’s Ruidoso Celebrates 50 Years of Flavor, Family & Community

The original Farley’s marks three decades of food, fun, and connection under the Cattle Baron Restaurants legacy

RUIDOSO, NM – November 25, 2026 — As Cattle Baron Restaurants celebrates 50 years of legendary flavor, family, and community, Farley’s Ruidoso — the original Farley’s location — is joining in the company-wide celebration marking half a century of hospitality across the Southwest.

Opened in 1994, Farley’s Ruidoso quickly became a local favorite known for its relaxed atmosphere, creative menu, and signature sense of fun. As the first restaurant under the Farley’s concept, it helped establish what would become one of the Cattle Baron family’s most popular brands — a place where guests could unwind, laugh, and enjoy great food with friends and family.

“Farley’s was built on the same values that made Cattle Baron successful — great food, great service, and community,” said Clay Wilson, CEO and President of Cattle Baron Restaurants. “When Jeff created Farley’s, he wanted something a little different — more casual, more playful, but with the same quality and heart. Thirty years
later, that spirit is still alive in Ruidoso.”

Known for its hearty burgers, wood-fired pizzas, and one-of-a-kind décor, Farley’s Ruidoso continues to attract both locals and visitors year-round — a true reflection of the town’s mountain-town charm and welcoming spirit.

Cattle Baron Restaurants’ 50-year milestone.
