ROSWELL, NM – November 25, 2026 — As Cattle Baron Restaurants celebrates its 50th Anniversary, Farley’s Roswell
is proud to join the year-long celebration honoring five decades of great food, family, and community across the
Southwest.
Opened in 2004, Farley’s Roswell quickly became a local go-to for burgers, wings, pizza, and good times. With its laid-back atmosphere, tongue-in-cheek décor, and welcoming energy, the restaurant embodies the fun, casual dining experience that Farley’s is known for — all while carrying on the Cattle Baron Restaurants legacy of quality and community.
